James joined the Soothplayers in February 2016, and since then has made great strides in undermining and subverting the work of his castmates in the spirit of Shakespeare's sometimes forgotten bawdy and guttural sense of play.

James has spent the last four years writing and producing web comedy to varying degrees of commercial success. He has completed The Improv Conspiracy training program and completed the iO Summer Improv Intensive in Chicago, IL.

Along with Soothplayers, James performs in The Improv Conspiracy's Fresh Blood program and is publishing his first novel, Gulliver and the Magic of Friendship, in January 2017.
